Verity is still unable to attend the March 19th meeting, but we will be doing card making.
Most things will be provided but if you can bring along a pair of scissors that would be helpful.
Other members whatever medium you use we look forward to seeing you.

As you see we have been busy and hope to have something for everyone.
Planning so far in advance makes exact dates a bit woolly, but this will become clearer as the year goes on. If you have a suggestion, please let us know.
To book these events please provide cash at the time of booking.

March The Winding Wheel is the venue for the following: -
6th March Ben Fogel – Wild
8th March Alfie Moore – A Face for Radio £21.20
16th March Chesterfield Symphony Orchestra – Classic Favourites £15.70
10th March The Fureys - £28.20
28th March Most Haunted – The Stage Show £32.70
Car share or bus. Please Note £1.70 additional booking fee for tickets.

12 noon cruise at the Nottingham Canal
28th March 2 pm Screening of ‘Swan Lake” ballet at the Savoy Cinema Worksop
May 3rd The Pitmen Poets at the winding wheel (music) £29.70 = £1.70 admin.
Popular band so money needs to be in by 24th March.
June – mystery day trip
July 18th to 20th Trip to attend the u3a event in York as advertised in the u3a winter magazine page 55.
This may be one day or for all 3 days. Depending on who is interested.
August - How about a day trip to the seaside bring the kids and grandkids?
September – Possible National Trust visit – any suggestions?
Possible visit to Bakewell Monday market – car share
October – Whitby for the Goth weekend – this would be by coach
November – A visit to the D.H.Lawrence Museum, Nottingham with a call at the Designer Outlet on the way back – car share.
December – A Nottingham Pantomime -dates and venue to be sorted. This would probably be by car share and tram.
Christmas Market – where and when exactly to be decided – could be car share or coach.
